Order Processing

We fulfill orders Monday - Friday. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, major US holiday, or after 2:00pm ET on Fridays will begin fulfillment on the following business day, unless otherwise noted. Orders must be paid in full in order to be processed. 

Domestic (US) Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping (3-5 business days to most locations) within the United States for purchases over $99!  You will have the option to select an alternative shipping method at checkout; exact postage rates are provided.

    Lost/Stolen Packages

    We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facilities.  We recommend tracking your package's location and making arrangements to be available to accept it upon arrival.  If you do not receive your order within 15 days, your best option is to contact the shipping company directly to get any additional information or options to move forward. 

    If your order says delivered but cannot be located:

    • Check with others in your house who may have accepted it
    • In rare cases, a package may show as "delivered" but could take an additional 24 hours before it is physically delivered
    • Your carrier may have placed it in a safer location
